A man has been baffled by the creepy behavior of a delivery man towards his girlfriend.
He asked Reddit “Am I the A******? (AITA)” to weigh. He and his girlfriend ordered pizza from her. When the delivery guy arrived, he looked shocked that the Reddit poster was there. The delivery man then slipped a strange message under the girlfriend’s door.

“I was spending the weekend with my girlfriend at her house,” he wrote. “We decided to order pizza, and she ordered from her usual restaurant. When the delivery man arrived, I opened the door and he looked at me confused, then asked where (name of girlfriend) was. I asked why he was asking, and he said nothing. It was just that he used to deliver pizza to her, and this [was] the first time he saw me, so he thought she [had] moved.
“I told her she was busy, then I took the pizza and gave her some money, and as I turned around, I saw her still standing. I asked how can I help, and he said, ‘Don’t bother me. I’m just here waiting.’ I told him he shouldn’t be out like that. He rudely said it wasn’t my property. I got mad but didn’t want to escalate, so I said it’s not. was not public property and that he should LEAVE I then entered and closed the door.

But the delivery man refused to leave the property. However, the girlfriend didn’t think it was a big deal.
“[Then,] 10 minutes later I grabbed a note slipped under the door,” he explained. “I went to see, I opened the door and I saw the pizza delivery boy coming down. I immediately stopped it, then I read what the note said. He kept calling my girlfriend by name and saying he was worried about her and he was sad he didn’t see her this time.
“I told her what he had done, and she told me to let it go and go back inside. I said okay then, but [as] As soon as I walked in, I called his workplace and wanted to speak to the manager. I told him what this guy had done, and he promised to take care of it and said he [wouldn’t] work more for them. She said I overreacted and had no right to do this when it’s not even my apartment. I didn’t know what to say, but she completely closed off and refused to speak to me except to say that I was too insecure and mean-spirited.
Redditors felt the delivery guy’s behavior was weird.
“Straight-up creepy,” said one user.
“What does the note say?” another asked.
“I am a pizza delivery driver. He was WELL out of bounds,” one person commented.
