Patrick McMichael, Group Managing Director and Chief Executive of Eat N’Go, announced the commitment during a media conference on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at one of its outlets in Ikoyi, Lagos.
He noted that the promise of a 20-minute guarantee is the premise of the success recorded last year on fast delivery with an average time of 16 minutes.
McMichael also reaffirmed the company’s commitment to lead the QSR industry through innovative initiatives that address customer satisfaction in terms of quality, timeliness and customer service.
